Crochet 102: Hats

  • Kenmore Junior Senior High School 155 Delaware Road Buffalo, NY, 14217 United States (map)

Take your crochet skills to the next level with this fun and approachable class focused on crocheting in the round! Designed for beginners who are comfortable with crochet basics, this workshop will teach you how to work in the round to create a classic beanie hat. You’ll learn how to increase evenly to shape the crown, work in joined rounds to build the body of the hat, and add embellishments. By the end of class, you’ll have a cozy beanie to wear or share—and the skills to explore even more circular projects like bags, baskets, and amigurumi.
